Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Cheese towers and related equipment.
• Identify flows from HCVs to packaging and complete product transitions.
• Troubleshoot plant issues with equipment and processes.
• Maintain operation and sanitation of day-to-day equipment including CIP/COP systems.
• Perform in-process sampling as assigned.
• Communicate issues affecting safety, food safety, or quality to leadership.
• Learn and operate computer-related processes and controls.
