Plant Operations Manager | Washington State

An established food manufacturing company with a proud legacy and strong employee culture is seeking a Plant Operations Manager to lead all aspects of production at its Pacific Northwest facility. This individual will be a key member of the site leadership team, driving performance, engagement, and reliability across operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and develop front-line leadership to achieve daily production, quality, and safety goals.
• Partner cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Engineering, EHS, and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
• Champion consistent communication through tier meetings, shift handoffs, and visual management.
• Maintain strong compliance with internal and external audits.
• Foster a culture that values accountability, teamwork, and employee care.
• Identify and execute process improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing.
