Prairie Farms Dairy, Inc. in Hammond, LA is seeking a Production Coordinator to oversee daily shift operations, staffing, scheduling, inventory and workflow coordination to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently and on schedule.

This full-time role enforces GMPs, SOPs and OSHA guidelines, and partners with quality, warehouse and distribution teams to maintain high productivity while meeting quality standards. Travel and overtime may be required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required with related college coursework preferred.
• Experience in a dairy or perishable goods environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, quality standards and OSHA regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, monitor, and adjust daily production schedules to meet customer requirements and targets.
• Lead daily production operations with a focus on productivity and safety.
• Plan staffing and oversee work schedules to meet demand.
• Maintain accurate production records and inventory data.
• Collaborate with quality, warehouse, cooler, and distribution teams to ensure efficient product flow.
