Responsibilities

• Schedule processing and production of product.
• Ensure cleaning before and after use.
• Monitor and operate the HTST system per PMO standards.
• Coordinate CIP systems per PMO and food safety plans.
• Identify process issues and escalate to management.
• Adhere to safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Maintain cleanliness to prevent accidents.
• Contribute to safety trainings and drills.
• Collaborate with managers and partners to meet deadlines.
• Communicate progress and adapt to changes.
