Job summary
Alpenhain is a fourth-generation cheese dairy seeking an experienced production operator to set up, reconfigure, and run complex systems in our three-shift production facility. You will monitor processes and ensure quality while adhering to safety standards, assisting with maintenance, and maintaining hygiene across production areas.
The role requires vocational dairy-tech or machine/operator training, with German language skills (A2 or better) and ability to work weekends.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in dairy technology or as a machine/operator.
- Industrial production experience is a plus.
- German language skills at least A2.
Responsibilities
- Independently setting up, reconfiguring, and operating complex production systems.
- Monitoring and ensuring smooth production.
- Ensuring high quality standards.
- Reviewing and complying with safety standards.
- Assisting with repair and maintenance work.
- Cleaning equipment and production areas per hygiene regulations.
