Job summary

Alpenhain is a fourth-generation cheese dairy, dedicated to high quality and innovation. We seek a production-focused professional who can set up, adjust, and operate our complex systems according to production orders, monitor operations, and uphold strict quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have some industrial experience, German language skills (A2 or higher), and are willing to work three shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial setting is a plus.
• German language skills at least A2.
• Ability to work shifts including weekend rotation.
• Strong understanding of technical processes.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Willingness to pursue training and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently setting up, reconfiguring, and operating our complex systems in accordance with the respective production order
• Monitoring and Ensuring Smooth Production
• Ensuring Our High Quality Standards
• Review and Compliance with Applicable Occupational Safety Standards
• Assistance with repair and maintenance work
• Cleaning the equipment and production areas in accordance with hygiene regulations

• Ability to handle pressure, ability to work well with others, and willingness to pursue further training
