Actus Nutrition is seeking a Plant Manager to lead operations at our Nebraska facility. You will direct production activities, drive continuous improvement, and manage safety, quality, and employee relations to meet business goals.

Responsibilities include budgeting, coordinating across manufacturing functions, and ensuring compliance with food regulations. Strong leadership and dairy processing knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of management experience in a food-grade operation.
• Background in dairy processing facility.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Lactose, Filtration and Spray Drying experiences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop key manufacturing plans and programs toward budgeted unit cost and output objectives.
• Coordinate activities of all manufacturing areas to meet plant goals and quality requirements.
• Sustain production capacity aligned with sales, with inventory minimization.
• Develop and track the annual operating budget.
• Ensure compliance with food regulations and safety standards.
