Job summary

Saputo Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician in North Carolina to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment in a fast-paced dairy processing environment.

Experience with industrial ammonia refrigeration, high pressure boiler and utility systems is preferred. You will diagnose equipment problems, disassemble and reassemble machinery, perform preventive maintenance, and document work orders while using SAP or similar PM ERP systems.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
Ability to utilize computer-based PM ERP platforms; SAP a plus.
Ability to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

Analyze test results and machine errors to diagnose equipment problems.
Disassemble and reassemble machinery to perform repairs.
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and document work orders.
Operate and test repaired machinery to verify functionality.
Comply with SOPs, safety regulations, and SQF guidelines.
Work collaboratively with operators and other departments.
