Job summary

Maola Local Dairies® is seeking a Pure Pack operator to oversee daily Evergreen filler operations on the 2nd shift (Fri–Tue). You will ensure correct packaging, weight checks, and adherence to the union wage progression, with overtime coverage as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma and manufacturing experience; you will work in a production environment with emphasis on quality, safety, and efficiency, including equipment sanitation and changeovers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate more than one machine and ensure proper setup at shift start.
• Maintain housekeeping, GMP compliance, and inspection readiness.
• Oversee correct quantity, weight checks, and proper packaging of products.
• Record downtime and perform timely changeovers as scheduled.
• Support other fillers and assist in equipment sanitation and repairs.
