Job summary

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 6+ months in dairy/manufacturing, and the ability to lift and handle equipment in variable temperatures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6+ months experience in dairy, manufacturing or related field preferred.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers and decimals.
• Ability to communicate when necessary to complete duties.
• Able to work in a cold and wet environment for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Run blow mold machine and related equipment.
• Sanitize machines at correct intervals.
• Move pallets of cartons using a pallet jack.
• Keep equipment running smoothly (caser, overhead case pusher, stacker).
• Taste test all milk-based product produced.
• Maintain a clean, inspection-ready area.
• Ensure food safety and QA records are documented.
• Report food safety/quality issues to management promptly.
• Follow SOPs and QA standards; collect samples as needed.
• Complete paperwork clearly and accurately.
• Follow safe work practices and PPE requirements.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.
