Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to safely operate a range of dairy production equipment within the Plant. The role emphasizes adherence to GMP, PPE usage, and safety practices while contributing to production goals.

Responsibilities include monitoring the process, handling changeovers, troubleshooting issues, cleaning and maintaining equipment, performing QA sampling, accurate paperwork, and maintaining regular attendance.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing plant is a plus but not required.
• English fluency with ability to read & write.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Willing to work evenings, nights, weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities

• Closely monitor the dairy production process.
• Perform changeovers as needed per the production schedule.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties.
• Clean equipment and perform routine maintenance as assigned.
• Reassemble equipment after maintenance and changeovers.
• Operate equipment following SOPs and adjust as needed.
• Follow QA standards and collect samples for QA testing.
• Complete paperwork clearly and accurately.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.
