Job summary

Upstate Niagara Cooperative is seeking a Raw Milk Logistics Coordinator to coordinate daily raw milk pickups, scheduling, routing, and load assignments across member farms and UNC processing facilities. You will work with haulers, plants and staff to maintain an efficient milk supply.

You will monitor supply vs demand, ensure regulatory compliance and accurate milk movements using Milk Moovement and related systems. On-call duties include evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in supply chain management or related field preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in logistics coordination or dairy operations preferred.
• Proficient with computer applications and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily raw milk pickup and delivery schedules with haulers and plants.
• Monitor milk supplies vs plant demand across the network.
• Ensure timely pickups and compliance with temperature and quality requirements.
