Job summary

Leprino Foods Corporation in Denver seeks a Dairy Liquids Operations Analyst to coordinate real-time sales, scheduling, and transportation across the plant network. You’ll connect production, customer demand, and freight to keep product flowing and respond quickly to changes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business/finance/supply chain or related field and 3 years in sales operations or supply chain within food/dairy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3 years of experience in sales operations, transportation, order-to-cash, or supply chain execution in food/dairy.
• Excel proficiency to organize, analyze, and present data.
• Willingness to support rotating on-call schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and adjust weekly ODL production and sales schedules based on real-time plant output and demand.
• Coordinate full order-to-cash process with external suppliers and customers.
• Communicate daily with carriers and plant personnel to ensure on-time shipments and resolve disruptions.
• Monitor loads, manage schedule changes, and secure alternate transportation.
• Evaluate inventory and identify opportunities to minimize waste and maximize value recovery.
• Analyze pricing, yield, and weight data to ensure accurate settlements.
• Develop relationships with carrier partners to drive transportation performance.
• Improve data organization and reporting tools for efficiency.
• Collaborate with plant ops, logistics, accounting, and customer teams to support objectives.
• Participate in rotating 24/7 on-call schedule.

Education
