Job summary

Leprino is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst (Cream & Dairy Liquids) in Denver to coordinate real-time sales, scheduling, and transport across our plant network. This role centers weekly execution, linking plant output with customer demand and freight movement to ensure steady product flow.

The position offers a base salary range of $69,000–$77,000 with a 5% annual target bonus, and requires Excel, SAP, and dairy distribution experience. On-call rotation and up to 10% travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain, economics, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in sales operations, transportation, order-to-cash, or supply chain execution in food/dairy/distribution.
• Experience with transportation carriers, freight coordination, or logistics planning.
• Experience using Excel to organize, analyze, and present data.
• Willingness to rotate on-call schedule including nights and weekends, ~1 week per month.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Build and adjust weekly cream and dairy liquids schedules based on plant output and demand.
• Coordinate order-to-cash activities across plants and customers.
• Communicate daily with carriers and customers to keep shipments on time.
• Monitor loads in transit and arrange new transportation as plans shift.
• Review rejected product and redirect or sell inventory to reduce waste.
