Job summary

Empire Livestock LLC. is seeking candidates with dairy production experience to operate and supervise various production line roles. You will troubleshoot, monitor equipment, and ensure accurate materials and documentation for each batch.

The role requires teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced dairy environment with adherence to GMP and safety standards. Training on SOPs and quality checks will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years manufacturing/production experience preferred (dairy/consumer goods).
• Certification and/or license may be required during employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of line duties including processing, machine operator, and break relief roles.
• Clean, set-up, operate, and monitor equipment on the production line.
• Ensure proper materials are used for each product produced.
• Complete required documentation and quality checks.
• Review charts and quality sheets in hard copy and electronic formats.
• Conduct cleaning and sanitation tasks and complete cleaning checklist.
