Responsibilities

• Perform various line duties including processing, operator and break relief roles.
• Clean, set-up, operate and monitor production line equipment.
• Ensure correct materials are used for each product.
• Complete documentation and quality checks as required.
• Review charts, screens and quality sheets in paper and electronic formats.
• Complete cleaning to maintain equipment; sanitize and prepare for next run.
• Troubleshoot basic to moderate operating issues.
• Communicate with other departments and report problems.
• Ensure paperwork is legible and compliant with SOPs.
• Review process and equipment data to improve quality and throughput.
• Adhere to DFA GMP and safety regulations.
