• Use Computer Assisted Ordering to manage merchandise quantities and balance on hand.
• Price and display merchandise; maintain signage, rotation, quality and space.
• Counsel associates on merchandising techniques, customer service and promotions.
• Implement programs and policies to maintain harassment- and discrimination-free environment.
• Provide input on department budgets, goals and results to maximize sales and profits.
• Communicate with associates and customers to create a positive impression.
• Maintain equipment and facilities safely per company policies.
• Keep floor, shelves and displays clean and sanitary.
• Maintain accurate department temperature logs across shifts.
• Assist with inventories, store resets, remodels and promotions.
• Supervise and coach direct reports; conduct performance reviews.
• Perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
