• Organize work, train and schedule associates to consistently provide prompt courteous service.
• Respond to customer or associate comments, complaints, requests, and questions professionally.
• Use Computer Assisted Ordering to manage ordering and balance on hand.
• Perform and direct pricing and displaying of merchandise; maintain signage and stock levels.
• Engage and coach staff in merchandising, customer service and promotions.
• Implement company programs and maintain a harassment-free environment.
• Provide input on department budgets, goals and results to maximize sales and profits.
• Communicate with associates and customers to create a positive impression.
• Maintain equipment and facilities safely per policies.
• Maintain floor, shelf and display areas and sanitation standards.
• Maintain temperature logs across shifts.
• Assist on inventories, store resets, remodels and promotions.
• Supervise and coach direct reports; complete reviews and provide feedback.
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
