Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Dairy Lead to manage the Dairy/Frozen section and work directly with the Packaged Goods Manager.

You will handle ordering, stocking, pricing, rotation, cooler organization, record keeping, inventory, scanner maintenance, and housekeeping while guiding one or two regular helpers on the sales floor to ensure top-notch customer service. Availability of 35+ hours per week, including nights and weekends, is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ordering, stocking, pricing and rotation of dairy products.
• Maintain cooler organization, inventory records and backstock control.

• Collaborate with the Packaged Goods Manager and supervise one or two regular helpers.

Job description

Dairy Lead:Hourly Lead Person in the Dairy/Frozen Section working directly with the Packaged Goods Manager.This person's primary duties include ordering, stocking, pricing, rotation, cooler organization, record keeping, inventory [Backstock Control], scanner maintenance, housekeeping, and customer relations on the salesfloor while working with one or two regular helpers working in the Section.Secondary duties assume related activities as required or assigned by the Packaged Good Manager. Dairy experience, as well as management experience preferred.

1. Availability:Must be available to be scheduled 35+hrs a week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs.
2. Previous Work Experience: Must be a senior aisle clerk with demonstrated leadership abilities; Dairy section background preferred, but not required.
3. Physical Demands: Repetitive lifting to 50#; occasional lifting to 80#.
