DAIRY/LEAD CLERK (Finance)

  • Use Computer Assisted Ordering to manage inventory and ensure proper product handling.
  • Perform and oversee merchandise pricing, display, signage, rotation, and quality control.
  • Engage in merchandising, customer service, and promotional activities, coaching team members as needed.
  • Implement company policies, especially regarding a harassment- and discrimination-free workplace.
  • Contribute to department budgeting, goal setting, and maximizing sales and profits.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and customers to foster a positive environment.
  • Maintain equipment and facilities in safe, proper condition.
  • Keep the sales floor, shelves, and displays clean and sanitary.
  • Maintain accurate department temperature logs across shifts.
  • Assist with special projects such as inventories, resets, remodels, and promotions.
  • Supervise and coach team members, conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
