Maola Local Dairies is seeking an HTST Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri with occasional Saturdays) in High Point, NC. You will pasteurize and homogenize dairy products, monitor QA parameters, and ensure GMP compliance in a fast-paced dairy environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HTST experience preferred.
• Ability to read schedules and gauges.
• Basic math and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Batch and pasteurize dairy products following SOPs.
• Monitor production process and HACCP compliance.
• Operate and troubleshoot pasteurizing equipment.
• Maintain sanitary practices and area paperwork.
• Follow batching schedules and formulations.
