Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a Dairy & Freezer Clerk to maintain the dairy and freezer sections, manage stocking and rotation, and ensure product integrity for a premium member experience.

The role supports merchandising, inventory control, and strict adherence to food safety standards while delivering courteous, efficient service to Members. Prior dairy/freezer experience is preferred and basic computer skills are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in dairy, freezer, grocery, or retail operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cold chain management, food safety standards, and product handling requirements.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure planogram integrity in dairy and freezer according to company standards.
• Maintain cold chain and in-stock accuracy by monitoring temperatures and replenishing items.
• Apply FIFO rotation and perform date checks to uphold food safety.
• Ensure accurate signage and pricing to prevent customer confusion and support checkout operations.
