Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Dairy & Freezer Clerk to maintain dairy and freezer sections, stock items, rotate stock, and ensure product integrity. This role supports merchandising, inventory management, and compliance with food safety standards while delivering excellent service to Members.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in dairy, freezer, grocery, or retail operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cold chain management, food safety standards, and product handling requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dairy and freezer stock according to planograms to ensure visual standards and member experience.
• Monitor temperature control and replenish items to preserve freshness.
• Apply FIFO rotation and conduct date checks to uphold food safety.
• Ensure accurate signage and pricing to avoid member confusion.
• Support seasonal merchandising and collaborate across departments.
