Job summary

FrieslandCampina Ingredients is seeking an Intake Operator to safely manage incoming liquid dairy deliveries and ensure conformance to quality, food safety, and production requirements. You will help maintain the flow of materials and uphold our high standards as products move through the facility.

This role suits individuals with experience in food, dairy, beverage, chemical, or process manufacturing who value accuracy, teamwork, and a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate intake equipment and processes according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Receive and transfer liquid dairy materials, including permeate and pro cream, into designated silos.
• Monitor process conditions and make adjustments within established operating parameters.
• Perform quality testing and accurately interpret test results to ensure product specifications are met.
• Complete production records, batch documentation, and operational logs accurately.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and identify potential issues before they impact production.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and communicate equipment concerns promptly.
• Complete Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) and Clean-out-of-Place (COP) sanitation activities according to established procedures.
• Follow all food safety, quality, environmental, and workplace safety requirements.
• Support production goals while maintaining a strong focus on quality and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do
