Specialty Sales LLC is seeking a Dairy Services Technician in Twin Falls, Idaho. You will survey, install, program, maintain, and repair dairy equipment at customer sites, delivering high-quality service with a focus on safety and reliability.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, safety-minded, and committed to customer satisfaction. The role requires travel to client locations and collaboration with Sales Account Managers during inspections and repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, welding, and electrical wiring.
• Strong troubleshooting and equipment repair skills.

Responsabilités

• Follow all Safety policies and operating procedures.
• Use PPE correctly and consistently.
• Inspect and advise customers on equipment and proper handling of products.
• Survey, install, set up, and program custom equipment at customer locations.
• Perform plumbing, welding, and electrical fabrication for systems including HoofStrong systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair installed equipment systems.
• Partner with Sales Account Managers during field inspections and repairs.
• Travel to customer sites as required.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory.
• Report accidents, injuries, safety issues, driving citations, service interruptions, or customer complaints to supervisor.
