Job summary

Specialty Sales, LLC is seeking a Dairy Services Technician to survey, install, program, maintain, and repair equipment at customer locations. The role requires mechanical aptitude, safety-mindedness, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

The technician will travel to customer sites, perform installations, set up systems, and troubleshoot issues while following PPE and safety protocols. A high school diploma or GED is required, and forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must provide documentation of employment eligibility per state and federal regulations.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must successfully pass all position-related pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Survey, install, set up, and program custom equipment at customer locations.
• Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures; use required PPE correctly.
• Inspect and advise customers on equipment and proper handling of products.
• Perform plumbing, welding, and electrical fabrication for systems including HoofStrong systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair installed equipment systems.
• Travel to customer sites as required and maintain accurate parts inventory.
• Report accidents, injuries, safety issues, driving citations, service interruptions, or customer complaints to supervisor.
