Dierbergs is seeking a full-time Dairy Manager to lead daily operations of the Dairy department, delivering excellent customer service while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The role balances hands-on service with strategic planning, including merchandising and profit-focused initiatives.

You will manage inventory, coordinate with vendors, and maintain high display standards to meet customer expectations and company goals.

Formación

• Retail operations experience is preferred.
• Inventory management and stock control.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced grocery environment.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and implementing in-store specials, merchandising strategies, and display programs to drive sales and enhance profitability.
• Collaborating with vendors and sales representatives to optimize product offerings and introduce new items.
• Maintaining an efficient inventory of products, with a keen focus on quality and pricing, to ensure shelves are consistently stocked.
• Curate visually appealing and well-stocked display cases, meeting the high expectations of both Dierbergs and customers.
