• Desired: dependability, knowledge of employment laws and safety; ability to safely operate cleaning solutions and tools.

Responsibilities

• Organize work, train and schedule associates to provide prompt courteous service.
• Respond to customer or associate comments, complaints, requests, and questions; remain professional.
• Use Computer Assisted Ordering to manage merchandise quantities and ensure accurate receiving and inventory.
• Perform and direct pricing and display of merchandise; maintain signage, rotation, freshness, and space allocation.
• Engage in merchandising techniques, customer service, product presentation and promotions.
• Implement company programs and maintain a harassment- and discrimination-free work environment.
• Provide input on department budgets, goals and results to maximize sales and profits.
• Communicate with associates and customers to provide a positive impression.
• Maintain equipment and facilities safely; ensure cleanliness and sanitary standards.
• Maintain temperature logs and assist with inventories, store resets, remodels and promotions.
• Supervise and coach direct reports; conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
