Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set department standards for service, cleanliness, sanitation, team relations, and profitability.
• Lead, train, and evaluate Dairy Department staff.
• Schedule daily work plans in partnership with store leadership.
• Oversee ordering, replenishment, pricing, invoicing, and department bookkeeping.
• Analyze weekly and monthly sales trends and plan promotions.
• Ensure proper product temperatures, storage, and freshness standards.
