• Adhere to all local, state and federal laws and company guidelines.
• Assist Food Service Manager with budgeting, profit and loss reviews, and inventory planning.
• Monitor temperature logs and food safety regulations to ensure quality.
• Inspect equipment and notify management of repairs or safety issues.
