• Authorized to work within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and thank customers in a prompt, courteous and friendly manner.
• Keep dairy products rotated in cases and displays using FIFO.
• Manage inventory, security and departmental expenses.
• Plan work schedules and breaks to meet payroll budgets.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards are followed.
• Order, receive and unload deliveries; check for accuracy.
• Train and develop dairy team according to policy.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Monitor cooler/freezer temperatures and report issues.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized displays.
