Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction).

Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Create a welcoming environment by answering questions about products in the department and store.
• Assist customers and respond to inquiries to help them discover items.
• Inform customers of dairy specials and maintain stock.
• Ensure products are fresh and properly labeled with accurate sell-by dates.
• Follow food safety regulations and maintain proper temperatures in cases and coolers.
• Report safety risks or discrepancies to management.
• Support department manager in achieving sales and profit goals.
