You will greet customers, stock shelves, rotate products, monitor stock levels, and support backroom organization. The position requires teamwork, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Smile, greet, and assist customers with courtesy and respect.
• Stock shelves and displays according to company standards, rotate products, and remove out-of-date items.
• Notify supervisors of low stock levels, help prevent out-of-stocks and overstocks, and maintain proper backroom organization.
• Transport merchandise safely, handle cartons, and return damaged or distressed goods to designated areas.
• Follow company and health code regulations, practice safe lifting and equipment use, and report unsafe acts or conditions.
• Sweep, mop, and clean work areas; ensure shelves and displays meet housekeeping standards.
• Work closely with coworkers and supervisors, assist in building displays, and support night crew as needed.
