Feanix Biotechnologies in the United States is seeking a data-driven role focused on turning herd and reproductive data into actionable recommendations. You will work directly with the CEO and founders as the primary internal support specialist.

This remote position favors California-based candidates and requires up to 75% travel across the U.S. You will analyze farm-level data, identify outliers, diagnose data issues, and collaborate to refine analytical processes using AI tools when

Qualificações

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Dairy Science, Animal Science, Genetics, or a closely related field.
• Strong knowledge of dairy farming operations, herd management, and reproductive metrics.
• Experience with data analysis and statistical methods, including outlier detection in biological datasets.
• Track record of designing and running structured experiments or research studies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate findings for non-technical audiences.
• Self-directed and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze farm-level data to evaluate conception rates and identify trends over time.
• Detect statistical outliers and anomalies in herd and reproductive data and investigate root causes.
• Identify and diagnose data issues, provide clear explanations and corrective guidance to farmers.
• Develop and maintain deep working knowledge of the product suite and data pipeline.
• Design and execute small, hypothesis-driven experiments using the scientific method.
• Serve as a technical/scientific point of contact for farmer support inquiries.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine analytical processes and build repeatable workflows.
• Leverage AI and LLM tools for data analysis to increase speed and insights.
