Job summary

Kemps, a farmer-owned brand of Dairy Farmers of America, seeks a Cooler/Warehouse Operator to perform shipping setup, trailer loading/unloading, pallet pulling, and inventory tasks. You will assist warehouse staff and ensure daily deadlines while following SOPs, GMPs, and SQF standards.

The position offers union 401(k) with company contribution, health insurance, paid vacation/holidays, and opportunities for career growth. Schedule is Tue–Sat, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM with Sundays and Mondays off.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and understand English documentation.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up loads for shipping and load/unload trailers.
• Pull finished pallets and assist warehouse personnel.
• Maintain inventory control and complete records accurately.
• Comply with SOPs, GMPs, SQF, and company guidelines.
