Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Dependable with the ability to work a flexible schedule that changes, including night, weekends, and holidays.
• Have and show a mutual respect for others, maintain a high-level code of ethics within Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with our customers.
• Have good communication skills; and the ability to take direction and participate in a team environment.
• Be able to perform repetitious activities, and can multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Requires transferring boxes/crates weighing 40-60 lbs., for a distance up to 10 feet.
• Be able to walk up to 5 miles in an 8 hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Keep dairy and frozen cases stocked and clean during business hours.
• Assist customers with purchases and information, and promote cross-selling.
• Receive, inspect, and log products for shipment, temperature, and quality.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and tag visibility on all items.
• Operate equipment such as scales, pallet jacks, and related tools as needed.
• Walk the department to ensure a neat, sanitary appearance and safety.
