Responsibilities include stocking and pricing dairy items, rotating stock, weighing products, and ensuring safety standards. The position emphasizes customer service, cross-selling, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable and reliable, able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Have a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills; ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Capable of multitasking and staying organized.
• Be able to lift 40–60 lbs. and walk up to several miles per shift.
• Follow safety, health, OSHA, and Weights & Measures regulations.

Responsibilities

• Keeps dairy cases, storage and work areas clean and safe.
• Stock and present dairy products, ensure pricing accuracy.
• Rotate dairy items and discard expired stock.
• Assist customers with purchases and information.
• Receive, inspect, and log shipments for temperature and quality.
• Monitor POS signs and promotional materials.
• Operate equipment such as knives, scales, wrappers, and pallet jacks.
• Weigh and label products accurately.
• Maintain product knowledge and department cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
