Responsibilities include safe handling of equipment, weighing and labeling products, and maintaining store cleanliness throughout shifts. A flexible schedule and strong communication with customers are essential.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
• Demonstrate reliability with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Show a respectful demeanor in Sprouts culture of diversity and inclusion.
• Possess good communication skills and the ability to interact with customers.
• Able to multi-task, stay organized and follow safety guidelines.
• Ability to lift 40–60 lbs. and walk extended distances as part of duties.

Responsibilities

• Keep dairy and frozen cases stocked and clean during business hours.
• Assist customers with purchases, information, and product selection.
• Inspect, log, and ensure accuracy of shipments and product quality.
• Weigh, label, and price products accurately using scales.
• Rotate stock and monitor expiration to discard outdated items.
• Maintain safe, sanitary work area and follow all safety regulations.
