Adhering to all Dairy department guidelines and safety procedures is essential. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting 40–60 lbs, and multitasking across stocking, pricing, and rotation tasks.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Show respect and uphold Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Maintain a positive attitude and interact well with customers.
• Communicate effectively and work in a team environment.
• Perform repetitive tasks, multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized.
• Lift 40–60 lbs. and move boxes/crates for long periods.
• Able to walk up to 5 miles in an 8-hour shift and access shelves with a step stool.

Responsibilities

• Keep dairy and frozen cases stocked, clean, and organized.
• Assist customers with purchases, information, and product selection.
• Ensure accurate pricing, labeling, and rotation of dairy products.
• Receive, inspect, and log shipments for temperature and quality compliance.
• Monitor signage, coupons, and promotional material in the department.
• Operate department equipment safely and follow all safety guidelines.
