Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Dependable and reliable with flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• Respectful, ethical, and inclusive in Sprouts culture
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction and work in a team
• Able to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized
• Able to lift 40–60 lbs., move boxes, and operate basic store equipment

Responsibilities

• Keep dairy and frozen cases stocked, clean, and safe during business hours
• Assist customers with purchases and product selection; enable cross-selling
• Inspect, log, and verify shipment temperature and quality
• Ensure pricing and signage accuracy and maintain product knowledge
• Walk the department to maintain a clean, organized appearance
• Adhere to all safety, health, OSHA, and Weights & Measures rules
