Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. in Missouri is seeking a Dairy/CMR Technician to support dairy production, calf management and herd health. This permanent part-time role covers milking, milk quality checks, calf care, and routine farm chores.

Shifts are a mix of 5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., with every other weekend and holiday required. The pay rate is $18.81 per hour, and a half-mask respirator will be provided or fitted as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Milk cows and collect salable milk with accuracy.
• Measure milk weights and collect samples for analysis.
• Maintain stall beds and clean alleys to support cow comfort and safety.
• Feed and care for newborn calves, including bottle feeding.
• Weigh calves and collect study measurements for herd data.
• Power wash equipment, clean pens, and perform routine maintenance.
• Respirator fitting is required for this role.
