Job summary

Land O’Lakes – Main Plant in Neosho, MO – is seeking a Production Operator for the 3rd shift (11:00 PM to 7:30 AM). Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required. Starting pay is $21.75/hour with a $1.00/hour shift differential where applicable.

The role supports producing high-quality vitamin and premix products for the feed industry. The operator will perform manufacturing processes, assist with receiving materials, packaging, and ensure safety and sanitation compliance while contributing

Qualifications

• 6+ months of manufacturing experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Age 18 years or older.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow instructions.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing processes to add value and ensure quality of inputs and finished products.
• Handle raw materials and assist with packaging and labeling as assigned.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and efficiency throughout the shift.
• Follow verbal and written instructions and document production data as required.
