Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Receiving Operator-Milk Hauler to join our dairy processing team in Carlisle. You will operate milk/cream receiving and load outs, use testing equipment, and communicate clearly with haulers and coworkers to ensure quality and efficiency.

The role runs on a 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM schedule (2-2-3 rotation), with weekends, overtime, and holidays as required. Pay is $29.55 per hour plus a $2.00 per hour shift differential and the Dairy Foods business supports real,

Responsibilities

• Operate milk/cream receiving and loadouts.
• Manage truck washing equipment and milk testing equipment.
• Communicate clearly with haulers and coworkers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Follow safety processes and GMP policies.
• Monitor and record test results and load destinations.
• Follow truck schedules and CIP parameters.
• Assist Leads and Management with daily tasks.
