Job summary

Upstate Niagara Cooperative is seeking a Production Support - Bag Room associate in New York. You will unload, sort, and load crates; operate dairy and non-dairy processing equipment; and help maintain sanitation and safety standards in the facility.

Open to candidates with minimal experience; 18+ with ability to pass background and drug screening. Weekend and holiday work may be required. The role offers a competitive hourly wage plus benefits including health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• No experience required; 1–3 years of physical labor/janitorial experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screen.
• Able to meet qualification training plans and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, and load empty milk crates from deliveries and warehouse.
• Set up, operate, and clean equipment that processes dairy and non-dairy products.
• Maintain production schedule and sanitation inside and outside the facility.
• Follow safety procedures including LOTO, PPE, and OSHA/HACCP compliance.
• Assist in waste reduction efforts and maintain area cleanliness.
