Responsibilities

• Assist with testing dairy cultures and enzymes on dairy products such as cheese and yoghurt.
• Support experimental design and data collection for projects.
• Operate lab and pilot plant equipment and prepare trial samples.
• Document results and present reports to the application team.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment in the lab.
