Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in BS / MSc / Ph.D. in Dairy or Dairy-related Food Science.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Prior internship in the dairy industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with testing dairy cultures and enzymes in cheese and yogurt.
• Support application specialists from experimental design to completion.
• Operate lab and pilot plant equipment to produce trial samples.
• Test samples with analytical equipment, collect and analyze data.
• Prepare and present final internship project reports to the team.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
