Job summary

ACCEL Schools is hiring Daily Substitute Teachers to support Barber Preparatory Academy and Inkster Preparatory Academy in Michigan. The role focuses on maintaining a safe, welcoming classroom and delivering instruction per lesson plans while engaging diverse student backgrounds.

Ideal candidates hold a Michigan Substitute Teaching License with at least 60 college credits, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to protect confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom instruction and help maintain a safe, welcoming learning environment.

• Utilize school-approved curricula that reflect the diverse educational, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds of the students.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

About the Opportunity:

• Support classroom instruction and help maintain a safe, welcoming learning environment
