Community Horizons is assisting a family in theStevens Pointarea who is seeking a reliable and caring individual to providerespite carefor their son. The schedule includes consistent after-school hours during the school year and expanded hours throughout the summer.

School Year Schedule

• Tuesday:3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
• Friday:3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday:5:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Summer Schedule

• Monday-Friday:Regular daytime/afternoon hours
• Saturday evenings:Approximately6 hoursto allow parents a weekly date night
