Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience with an emphasis on training and staff development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pickup during assigned shifts, ensuring a safe, organized environment.
• Train future hosts to run quality pickups at brand standard.
• Enforce facility rules and ensure safety and inclusivity during play.
• Provide shift reports and coordinate with staff for smooth operations.
