Job summary

Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Nolensville, TN seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for Full Time (and PRN) work, with NOW OFFERING DAILY PAY. The COTA will deliver treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and ensure goals are documented per facility policy.

You’ll collaborate with the rehab team, apply evidence-based care, and maintain timely progress notes while upholding professional standards and patient-focused service.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care preferred.
• Well versed with documentation writing.
• Document patient’s progress on weekly progress notes in a timely fashion.
• Collaborates with all disciplines for best patient-centered treatment.
• Exhibits exceptional patient service and clinical excellence.
• Punctual, professional and adheres to scheduled hours.
• Performs duties assigned by Director of Rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out best practice treatments under supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Provide treatment adhering to goals developed by the OT.
• Offer feedback to the supervising OT via documentation.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure patient-centered care.
